Damaged or Missing Orders: If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of your package. When emailing regarding any damage or lost items to your package, please have this information ready for our us. Please email us within one week of receipt, or one week from when you were supposed to receive it. BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs. IF YOUR INTERNATIONAL OR DOMESTIC PACKAGE GOES MISSING WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO TRACK IT DOWN AND HELP RECOVER IT. WE WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE ORDERS THAT ARE LOST AND CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS LOSS. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS POLICY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER WITH US.
