Our goal is to be at peace with nature by making useful, and
natural products.
Our first and most popular product, Rainwater Botanicals Healing
Salve, was formulated in 1999. We were looking for an all natural
multi-purpose salve to take along on camping trips for minor cuts
and scrapes. At that time there was very little on the market that
met our needs, so into the kitchen we went.

In 2000, we started sharing
our
Healing Salve with friends and family and received rave reviews.
News traveled fast, and we began to hear what we call "Owie Stories"
from all over the country.
We started sending out
Healing salve samples and soon began to hear stories of miraculous
recovery from dry skin, eczema, rashes, insect bits, cuts scrapes
and diaper rash! |

In 2004 we began putting
together several lines of products that we truly believe in. We set
our sights on making our business work and have been heading in that
direction ever since.
We take
great care in choosing packaging that is functional and
recyclable (whenever possible) and buy our raw materials
from reputable sources. We also recycle and re-use shipping
materials, so please don't be alarmed if you receive our
products in a recycled box.
